Maintaining the overall quality and shelf life of plant-based food beverages is particularly important yet challenging to industry. Demand for natural preservation techniques has increased with rising concerns over safety consumer awareness, e.g., health consciousness trends such as veganism demand clean, labelled foods. Thus, a technique biopreservation potential enhance while fostering quality, originality naturalness food.
